Silent, comfortable feeling heat source and much cheaper to run than portable heaters. What's not to love?
I love it
It's an excellent heater which runs cheaper than traditional heaters. Liking the swing setting for wider coverage for two people. An added health benefit (aids in circulation) with FIR technology. Great products and customer service. Will buy from them again.
It is a bit bulky but light enough to carry from room to room.
I need to sit close by as the heat doesn't spread very far....I use it like a heat lamp.
I have moved from a house with a wood heater and a lovely warm spot to come in and warm yourself infront of to a house with ducted reverse cycle from the ceiling that takes a long time to heat up large open plan living spaces and no warm spot near your body when you are sitting down. This heater has fixed that. Beautiful gentle nearly instant heat that you can turn on and off as required . 9 heat settings so it can be the perfect temp, it swings and tilts so covers a large area and easy to carry around to where you want it. If the unit itself was black to fit in better with decor I would give it a 7 out of 5!

Beautiful personal warmth or with the swivel function warms a group. Melbourne winter temperatures really need it to be towards the highest setting for a group and I wouldn't recommend for a large room but ideal sitting around a TV, table or similar. The cat and dog love it too!
I found this to be an excellent heater - but given the user instructions warning against the use of an extension cord - the cord attached to the unit is woefully short ; it needs to be longer. We have to use an extension cord, no matter what the instructions say.
I now have two of these heaters one in the kitchen and one in my office. The radiant heat is really warming and the power consumption very low. I find in the office that I only need it on low setting and power consumption is about 200 Watts - incredible!
This is the most efficient electric heating system.
